Congratulations, Arcade Fire! Winners of the 2011 Polaris Music Prize.

The Montreal based band picked up the award in Toronto on Monday night at the Polaris Gala held at the Masonic Temple. The Polaris prize win for The Suburbs follows 2011 Grammy and Juno award wins for Album Of The Year.

It was an unanimous opinion at Music Vice that Arcade Fire should win the Polaris for The Suburbs, which was undoubtedly the best Canadian record of 2010. The award-winning album is available to currently available purchase from Arcade Fire’s official website in digital download format for just $4.50.
