For something a bit different, go check out the sound of the Sahara with this band of Mali musicians. Henry Rollins is a big fan, as mentioned in our February interview. Tinariwen play Canadian dates in Ontario and Quebec early this March.

The Bronx and Mariachi El Bronx with Japanther
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again – make sure you see the Bronx at least once, they are one of the best live bands on the planet and the Mariachi alternative version of the band adds an extra draw.
